Usually Pharmacy team roles will be based at either our London, Birmingham or Manchester pharmacy hubs. Non-pharmacy roles are generally hybrid between home working and our Glasgow office. Refer to each individual vacancy for role-specific details.

We launched Phlo Digital Pharmacy in November 2019 because we believe managing medication should be easy for everyone. The pharmacy experience hasn’t changed much in 300 years, but patient’s lives have. Phlo is the digital solution to an everyday need that allows our patients to get on with leading fulfilling lives, regardless of their health conditions.
We’re a digital pharmacy with our own pharmacy hubs spread across England. Our pharmacists, dispensers and patient care teams liaise with GPs, dispense prescriptions and manage home delivery of patient medication, all using our bespoke digital platforms which seamlessly connect with our patient-facing apps and NHS digital infrastructure.
As an approved NHS pharmacy, we serve over +57,000 NHS and private patients across the UK. Phlo patients benefit from being able to manage, order and track their medication from the comfort of home – 24 hours a day – thanks to our secure desktop and mobile apps. Our patients are in control of their medication.
We have eight core teams working as one across Phlo. Whilst you’ll be bringing your unique skills, we work in project teams to deliver for our patients and the growth of Phlo. Learning from other people and understanding different perspectives is an added bonus. Explore our core teams.
Our Phlo Pharmacists, Dispensers and Buyers are the lifeblood of Phlo, ensuring our patients receive their medication safely and quickly, no matter what they need or where they’re based in the UK.
Our Product team manage the product roadmaps across all our products, collaborating closely with Design, Engineering and Marketing to bring product features to life and keep our patients and partners happy.
Our Engineering team is responsible for building and developing our technology infrastructure - ranging from web and mobile apps, internal operational systems and our B2B healthtech platform, Phlo Connect.
The heart of Phlo is our Patient Care team, who are the first line for all patient enquiries. They go above and beyond to look after our patients and ensure they have an incredible experience using Phlo. We couldn’t do without them, and neither could our community.
Our marketing team drive our growth, manage our brand and ensure that our patients get the very best from our service. From clear communication to digital marketing, product marketing and graphic design, we cover the whole lifecycle of how patients and partners engage with us.
Our Design teams fuse flawless execution with seamless UX to create an incredible experience for all our users. Patient-facing apps, internal operational systems, website design and UX expertise are all wrapped up in research and knowledge and delivered beautifully.
The team elevates our decision-making, allowing us to access new insights and drive performance and growth. With increased automation between systems, we’re able to deliver an even slicker service. Coupled with our in-house researcher, we make decisions based on user feedback and key data insights.
The powerhouse behind the scenes, our Finance and People experts work across all teams to support our people, support our growth and make sure we’re positioned to deliver on our mission.
