Easter final order dates 2025

With Easter just around the corner, we want to keep you informed about our opening hours and final order dates to help you plan ahead.

As the holiday period can be a busy time for our pharmacy team, we recommend placing your orders early to ensure you receive your medication without delay.

Here are the key dates to keep in mind:

- For refrigerated medications - order by Tuesday 15 April

- For non-refrigerated medications – order by Wednesday 16 April  

Please ensure that you send your prescription request no later than these dates above, to allow enough time for your prescription to be approved and for the order to be prepared for delivery. Orders received after this date will be dispatched after the bank holiday weekend.‍

Patient Care Team Easter hours

Our dedicated Patient Care Team will still be available to support you throughout the Easter period, though with reduced hours. Please keep these holiday hours in mind if you need to get in touch.

Good Friday 18 April – closed

Saturday 19 April – 8am – 4:30pm

Sunday 20 April – 8am – 4:30pm

Monday 21 April – closed
