The festive season is just around the corner, and we want to help you enjoy a smooth, stress-free December.

To make sure you receive your medication on time, we’ve outlined our last order dates and pharmacy opening hours over the Christmas and New Year period.

This is always a busy time for our Pharmacy team, so we recommend placing your orders early to avoid delays and ensure you have everything you need for the holidays.

Our last ordering dates are as follows:

FRIDAY 12^th DECEMBER – LAST DAY TO REQUEST REPEAT MEDICATION FOR DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS

We kindly ask that any NHS prescription requests should be provided to us or your GP no later than Friday 12^th December. This allows for sufficient time to receive approval from your GP and for our Pharmacy team to prepare your order.

For any urgent medication requests, please contact your GP directly.

FRIDAY 19^th DECEMBER – LAST DAY TO SCHEDULE YOUR ORDER FOR DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS, IF ELIGIBLE*

We kindly ask that you schedule your delivery before 12pm on Friday 19^th December. This will ensure you receive your medication ahead of the holiday period.

Please be aware prescriptions may take slightly longer to process during this time and we cannot guarantee delivery before 25 December.
