Set up your secure Phlo profile with your name, date of birth and key contact details
If you have an NHS login, use that to access and manage your Phlo account
Select your GP practice so we can match your records on the NHS database and nominate us to become your pharmacy of choice
Automatically request your prescription with your GP via our app - we'll liaise with your GP on your behalf!
Sit back and relax while your GP authorises your prescription request
We’ll let you know when it’s been approved
Confirm your default delivery address or select any other preferred UK address
Choose from one of our flexible and fast delivery options (same-day delivery, or 24 and 48-hour tracked delivery options)
Finalise your order from the comfort of home, 24 hours a day
We’ll send you tracking info via email, text or push notification (whichever you prefer)
Track your medication delivery with ease and know when it’s arriving
We work directly with your GP, so you don’t have to. Simply request your medication through your secure Phlo account and we’ll do the rest. Our digital magic automatically sends your request to your GP. And once it’s approved we’ll let you know.
Your GP remains an important point in your healthcare journey. If you need to review your medication or discuss something important with your GP, we encourage you to contact them directly.
