As Easter approaches, we want to remind you to manage your medication needs in advance. To ensure you have everything you require, here are the key dates to keep in mind:
Our cut off for sending refridgerated medication is Wednesday 1st April. Orders received after this date will be dispatched on Tuesday 7th April.
If you are due your medication over Easter, please make sure to submit your prescription request in time before the Easter break. This will allow ample time for your prescription to be approved and for your order to be prepared for delivery. Orders will resume as normal after the bank holiday weekend.
If you need any emergency medication during our closed period, please call NHS 111 or visit NHS Emergency Prescriptions for support.
As always, our dedicated Patient Care Team are here to support you and will still be available throughout the Easter period. Please keep these holiday hours in mind if you need to get in touch.
