Rewards for research is how we work with the Phlo community to understand everything about their Phlo experience. From accessibility to new features and ease of use, it’s a confidential space for us to gather insights and test new ideas.
Joining Rewards for research means you can have direct input into the development of Phlo Digital Pharmacy. Your pharmacy experience is in your hands.
Being part of Rewards for research means you’ll be invited to complete short unpaid surveys and also take part in our paid research events. Our aim is to spend time listening to you, running our ideas past you and gathering your feedback.
To join, all you need to do is head to your Phlo account, navigate to Rewards for research in the menu and tap Join group.
We’ve been working hard to understand your experiences over the last three years. You’ve told us how we can improve your secure Phlo account area, insights on new services we’re developing and about the overall Phlo experience.
