It’s that time of the year again, and the festive season is fast-approaching. In advance of the December holidays we’d like to highlight our key dates for pre-Christmas ordering times, plus our Pharmacy opening hours over the Christmas and the New Year period.

As always, we anticipate that this will be a busy period for our Pharmacy team. We recommend you request your medication as early as possible to ensure you receive it ahead of the holiday period.

Monday 12 December

We kindly ask that any NHS prescription requests should be provided to us no later than Monday 12 December. This allows enough time to receive approval from your GP and for our Pharmacy team to prepare your order for delivery.

Monday 19 December

For all patients, we kindly ask that you access your account and schedule your delivery before 2:30pm on Monday 19 December. This will ensure you receive your medication ahead of the holiday period.

Festive opening times

If you request and order after these dates, we will accommodate this as best we can, however please be aware prescriptions may take slightly longer to process during this time.
