As we continue our journey to expand our online pharmacy service across all major cities in England and beyond, we thought we’d take the opportunity to highlight the benefits of our real-time, same-day pharmacy service, and share some of the patient feedback that we’ve received.
From our pharmacy – to your door
Our real-time same-day delivery service is a safe, quick and flexible delivery process that keeps our patients informed and in control every step of the way. Our London and Birmingham patients can order their medication from Phlo and have it delivered that very day, within a chosen 4-hour time slot.
Once a patient places an order, we keep them informed at every single stage, from the moment our pharmacists receive the order, to when it is dispatched, and as it travels to their home. Patients can use the Phlo app to track their medication in real time on the live tracking map.
Our live tracking feature allows for unprecedented levels of convenience and control, as our patients are not only informed every single step of the way, but they can also anticipate exactly when their order will arrive. Combined, the real-time and same-day aspects of our service create what is likely the most efficient, convenient and secure pharmacy experience in the UK.

The good news is that this is only the beginning.
At the moment, for patients outside of London and Birmingham, we offer 24 and 48-hour postal delivery. This service is excellent for patients looking to simplify their pharmacy experience, however, our vision is to expand our real-time same-day service to all major cities across England, so that everyone can benefit from the pharmacy experience that they truly deserve.
