We’re creating the digital pharmacy of the future. Launched in 2019 by CEO, Nadeem Sarwar, we’ve grown to 50 staff serving thousands of NHS and private patients across the UK.

Our mission is to leverage technology to give patients and families more control over their healthcare through easy, accessible and efficient medication management.

Glasgow - Our head office teams are based in Glasgow where we have a co-working space in the city centre.

London - Our original pharmacy team set up roots in London where we have a container-style unit based in Cambridge Heath.

Birmingham - Our second pharmacy recently launched in Birmingham where we have a small team based in the Aston area.

Our skilled Pharmacists and Dispensers are the lifeblood of our business, ensuring our patients receive their medication safely and quickly, no matter what they need or where they are based.
Engineering
Phlo’s Engineering team is responsible for building and developing our technology infrastructure,  ranging from web and mobile apps, internal operational systems and our B2B healthtech platform, Phlo Connect.
Design
Our design team fuse flawless execution with seamless UX to create an incredible experience across all of our users. Our users range from clinicians, to patients as young as 5 and as old as 87.
Marketing
Our marketing team drive our growth, manage our brand and ensure that our patients get the very best from our service. From digital marketing, to product marketing and graphic design we cover the whole life cycle.
Product
Our product team manage our product roadmaps across all of our products, collaborating closely with UX designers and engineers to bring product features to life and keep our patients and partners happy.
Data & automation
Our new data and automation team elevates our decision-making allowing us to access new insights and drive performance and growth. With increased automation between systems, we’re able to deliver an even slicker service.
Customer service
If Phlo had a heart, it would be our Customer Service team who are the first line for all patient enquires. They go above and beyond to look after our patients and ensure they have an incredible experience using Phlo.

Glasgow

Our head office teams are based in Glasgow where we have a co-working space in central Glasgow. We’ve adopted a hybrid working approach, encouraging staff to pop into the office 1 day a week to meet their colleagues and collaborate.

London

Our original pharmacy team set up roots in London where we have a container-style unit based in Cambridge Heath - a 3-minute walk from Cambridge Heath Station or 10-minutes from Bethnal Green Underground.

Birmingham

Our second pharmacy recently launched in Birmingham where we have a small team based in the Aston area. We plan to establish more pharmacy hubs in major cities in England to help us serve even more patients.
