In preparation for the December holidays, we want to bring attention to our important dates for placing pre-Christmas orders, along with the operating hours of our Pharmacy during the Christmas and New Year span.
As always, we expect a high demand for our Pharmacy services during this time. We recommend placing your medication requests earlier if possible and if needed to ensure timely delivery before the holiday season kicks in.
We kindly ask that any NHS prescription requests should be provided to us no later than Wednesday 13 December. This allows for sufficient time to receive approval from your GP and for our Pharmacy team to prepare your order.
Depending on your preferred delivery method, we kindly ask that you schedule your delivery before the dates shown below. This will ensure you receive your medication ahead of the holiday period.
Standard Delivery – Wednesday 20 December
Express Delivery - Thursday 21 December
If you request and order after these dates, we will accommodate this as best we can, however please be aware prescriptions may take slightly longer to process during this time.
